About Me!
From: Pensacola, FL
To: Brooklyn, NY
I was bitten by the performing bug early, and have been making music and art since I can remember. Early on, I tried baton twirling, writing, photography, tumbling, and so on, none of them ever really quite sticking, until I found music!
I really started refining my musical skills in middle school with band- playing french horn, then later mellophone, guitar, ukulele, and piano, but was never quite happy until I embraced high school drama, and realized that music and theatre could go together. All of my favorite things in one place!
In college, I received my BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of West Florida, and had just started my professional acting career- when lo and behold- pandemic. I decided to use the opportunity to just pack up and move to NYC, while everyone else was moving out. I was lucky enough to make it up here- and be able to stay. Since then, I’ve been performing, as well as teaching music, dance, and acro to kids all across the city- focusing on classes free of the manipulation, shame, and fear. I’m ready to bring that same joy, child-like passion, and energy into my artistic life too!
